Physiology
Humans are flesh-based beings, appearing with a variety of skin colors. They are seemingly identical to Androids and Saiyans while in base form, possessing the same hairstyle and coloring options; the Human appearance acts as a base that is mimicked by many other races, both playable and NPC.
Traits
Humans have a decent Ki Max in their transformations. However, it's their drainage (Health Max and Ki Max) in most of their transformations that make them doubtful.
Unlocked at level 325, prestige 1, for 50,000 Zeni.

Charge for 0.5 seconds, then hit H to transform.

Pros
Varying stats in transformations.
This means that Humans can choose their own fighting style.
It can be built to suit various play-styles due to their tanky/aggressive play-style.
Decent Ki Max.
kaiokenx100 has decent stats at the cost of health drain.
Mystic and Kaiokenx20 have different stat distributions meaning that the player can choose their play style and perhaps learn about this skill early if this is their first playthrough.
Uncommon race meaning for a more unique experience.
Despite being plotted at strange levels, forms are Pretty strong and function decently for their part.
Cons
Kaioken x100's aura can obscure the player's view.
It also encourages a more risk/reward play-style due to its health drain, which can put the player at a disadvantage if not used correctly.
The early game Kaioken forms don't give any buffs to Melee Resistance nor Ki Resistance, which can be quite annoying if the player's not prestige.
There is a 135 level gap between Mystic and Mystic Kaioken, This can make it hard for humans to level up in space, since they receive no forms there.
Often players skip Mystic kaioken as god human is only 50 points later.
Before jirens humans used to be essentially the race with decent stats but no ability, However jirens practically outshine them completely as a bad ki resistance isn't a good drawback.
Dark human is weaker then Kaiokenx100 meaning and only 50 points stronger than god human. Meaning that prestige 2 isn't as worth it for some races.
Races like namekian, majin, frieza's get worthwhile forms that increase their power so humans will be left in the dust.
While their ki drain isn't bad their Ki max is as bad as majins and namekians.
Trivia
An un-prestige level 500 Human's base stats would be a combined maximum of 2,252 points. Added on top of God Human's +350 in all areas, it would be 4,002.
Kaioken x100 has the largest aura in the game and is the only Kaioken variant that gives defense.
According to the Dragon Ball Wiki, "Mystic" refers to Potential Unleashed.[2]
Differences between humans in the source material and the game include:
Kaioken is a technique created by King Kai that few warriors get the chance to learn, with Goku being the most notable user. In the game, however, it is naturally learned as a racial development of power.
Kaioken is implied to be a technique, not a transformation (It could be argued that since humans in the anime and manga have little to no transformations, Kaioken is used as a stand-in for the game to give human players forms).[3]
Because it is a technique, theoretically any capable warrior could learn it (Goku, a Saiyan, mastered it). Despite this, only Humans learn it in-game.*
Although this was more likely because if any race could learn it some might use it over their own forms and thus make a race(for example Jiren) not have a direct weakness. In most games this is abused as later on health drain is next to none existant.
Both Mystic and Kaioken raise the user's hair upwards, similar to Super Saiyan.
Mystic is the earliest human form to give humans defense and Kaioken is the only form to not offer a defense boost except for Kaioken x100
A human can be pretty powerful it is just a misconception that they are weaker then other races since they dont have abilities
Tip: Use Kkx100 to speed things up but dont use in Tournaments Of Power since you will low yourself too much and use Dark human for more casual fights however if you are fighting strong opponents dont be afraid to use Kkx100 as a health drain is the last of your worries(advice from someone in the comments).
This race used to be the rarest. But as of late there has been a resurgence leaving the title to Friezas.
It is common to skip Mystic Kaioken, Meaning that Humans often have a 190 Level gap between forms.
If kaiokenx100 didnt have a bad health drain, it would make humans more viable
